LeoVegas AB is the parent company of Leo Vegas Ltd, and Leo Vegas Ltd runs the popular gambling site Leo Vegas where you can enjoy sports betting, animated casino games and a live dealer casino.
The Leo Vegas group also contain other subsidiaries, such as Gears of Leo who is responsible for technical development.
In addition to their in-house growth, Leo Vegas AB has acquired several other gambling sites and gambling companies over the years, such as Royal Panda, Rocket X and Winga s.r.l. They also own 51% of Game Grounds United and 51% of Pixel Holding Group Ltd.
Leo Vegas has been a publicly-traded company since its IPO in March 2016. It started out at Nasdaq First North Premier but was moved to Nasdaq Stockholm´s main market in 2018.
